The Now Commerce Order Bridge and the QuickBooks Web Connector can be set to log in to QuickBooks automatically.
Close the Now Commerce Order Bridge and/or the QuickBooks Web Connector.
Log into QuickBooks as Admin and switch to single-user mode. Go to Edit > Preferences > Integrated Applications > Company Preferences. Highlight the Order Bridge or the web connector (Now Commerce) and click Properties. On the Properties screen, choose “Allow this application to log in automatically” and select the user to log in as. Because this setup is automated, the log in will not count against your QuickBooks user licenses.
At this point, you can switch back to multi-user mode (if nescessary).
You should leave QuickBooks running with no company file open for this setup (as in this screenshot). In QuickBooks, go to File > Close Company/Log Off.
Restart the Now Commerce Order Bridge and/or the QuickBooks Web Connector.
